If an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may forward your complaint to the Health & Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO) at 469 Wellington Street, Perth 6000, or call 08 6551 7600.
For unresolved privacy-related concerns, please contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) on 1300 363 992.
Communication Policy
You can contact us by phone, SMS, or email at frontoffice@midlandsuperclinic.com. Please note that emails are monitored periodically, and general enquiries will be answered within 48 hours.
Telephoning Your Doctor
Although most concerns are best managed in person, telehealth appointments are available for existing patients who have attended the clinic within the past 12 months. Telehealth services are limited to reviewing results and providing repeat prescriptions, as long as it has been no more than six months since your last visit. Emergency medical advice is available during normal surgery hours. For all other concerns, an in-person consultation is required.
