Fees & Billing
From 05.09.2022 Superclinic Midland will become a Private billing clinic and our fees will be as follows –
All new and existing patients will be charged a private fee and payment will be requested before your appointment to secure your booking through HotDOC or cash payment can be made on the day. Patients who hold a valid Pension/Healthcare card holder and children 15 years and under will be bulk billed.
Weekend (Sat/Sun) – All patients will be privately billed including Pension/Health Care card holders and children under 15 years.
Workers Compensation Claims – If your visit is related to a work accident/injury or motor vehicle incident you will be charged a private fee at each visit at WorkCover WA rates. It will be your responsibility to notify relevant parties of your claim. If your claim has been accepted by your own or employers’ insurance organisation and we are notified of this, then further visits will be direct billed to the relevant insurance company once details received.
